Requirements
Must:
- Salesforce certifications as a Solutions Architect (B2C, B2B)
- Salesforce certification as Service Cloud Consultant, Admin, or Business Analyst is a plus
- Salesforce designer certification is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce development and/or administration experience
- At least 4 years of experience working on the Service Cloud platform
- Strong experience with Omni routing and digital channels (Email, Chat, In-App Messaging, SMS)
- In-depth knowledge and experience with Salesforce architecture and APIs
- Proven success in managing complex projects with Salesforce and third-party vendors
- Hands-on experience with LWC, Apex classes, triggers, and Flows
- Proficiency in Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Workbench)
- Familiarity with Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability in business process modeling, proofs of concept, pilots, and solution implementations
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with business and technical teams
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud is a plus
- Experience integrating Salesforce with telecom vendors is a plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce AI tools is a plus
- Experience with Marketing Cloud is a plus

- Collaborate with various stakeholders to comprehend their requirements and objectives, translating them into technical solutions.
- Develop and document thorough architectural designs and solutions that align with Salesforce best practices, ensuring security and performance.
- Demonstrate expertise in the Salesforce Service Cloud platform and its related products.
- Implement strong security and access control measures in Salesforce to safeguard sensitive data and satisfy compliance standards.
- Oversee the creation of custom features and enhancements, delivering enterprise solutions usable across all business units.
- Drive and complete effective business process modeling, proofs of concept, pilots, and solution implementations.
- Define data models and architecture for data storage within Salesforce.
