Requirements
Must:
- Salesforce Platform Developer 1 (PD1) Certification required
- Agentforce Specialist Certification required
- Minimum 7 years of experience as an SFDC Developer with SalesForce technologies
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM, Apex Language, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, SOQL, Visual Force Pages, Workflows & Approvals, Dashboards, Custom Objects, Package Installations, Email Templates, Formulas, and Validation Rules
- Experience with AppExchange, Apex Data Loader, Roles & Profiles required
- At least 1 year of experience developing Salesforce Lightning web components
- Minimum 5 years of experience with programming languages such as APEX, Core Java, and JavaScript
- 5 years of experience utilizing tools such as IDE, Apex DataLoader, and ANT; AutoRABIT is preferred
- Experience in building AI agents with Agentforce
- Proficiency with Five9 required
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, with a preference for experience in SAFe methodology
- Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential
- Experience in an onshore/offshore support model and working alongside offshore teams
- Preferred knowledge of GitHub, RTC, and automation tools
- Preferred experience with IVR technologies such as AYAYA, CISCO, and Chatbot
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement solutions using SalesForce, Agentforce, and Five9 technologies
- Collaborate with team members to design and build Salesforce applications and features
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to coding standards
- Ensure best practices in application design and development are followed
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs
- Address and resolve support issues related to Salesforce applications
- Contribute to Agile project planning and execution
- Collaborate effectively with offshore teams to ensure seamless communication and project progress
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends to continually enhance team capabilities
