Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect
- Strong understanding of Salesforce products, particularly Sales and Service Cloud
- Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into workable solutions
- Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and clients
- Proficiency in project planning and backlog management
- Experience in release management and deployment processes
- Strong skills in documenting and illustrating architectural designs
- Knowledge of user story writing and acceptance criteria definitions
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of client adoption of Salesforce and prepare comprehensive reports with actionable recommendations
- Work closely with team members and clients to develop prototypes that clearly outline project requirements
- Evaluate existing solutions and suggest enhancements for improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage and update the Salesforce product backlog
- Take ownership of the architectural design for Salesforce and, if necessary, additional related solutions
- Serve as the release manager, overseeing the approval of configurations and code deployments across environments
- Provide expertise on writing user stories and define criteria for their success
- Ensure thorough documentation of testing procedures
- Oversee the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and implementation phases of Salesforce projects
- Participate in collaborative project and workstream planning sessions
