Requirements
Must:
- 5-10 years of experience in QA testing
- Proficient in Salesforce testing (UI, functional, backend)
- Hands-on expertise with Tricentis Tosca automation
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, STLC, and SDLC
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities
- Salesforce Certification is a plus
- Familiarity with SOQL queries for backend validation
- Experience in API testing and other automation tools like Selenium and UFT
- Background in enterprise environments with multiple system integrations
Responsibilities
- Analyze project requirements and develop comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing for Salesforce applications
- Create and execute automated test scripts using Tosca
- Validate various Salesforce components including configurations, flows, triggers, and custom objects
- Document defects, monitor resolution processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Provide regular updates on test status and maintain detailed test documentation
