Requirements
Must:
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification
- 9 to 10 years of quality assurance experience, with a robust background in API/Web Services testing and Salesforce Marketing Cloud automation
- Proficient in automation frameworks such as MUnit, Rest Assured, SOAPUI, and Postman
- Strong practical knowledge in utilizing SOAP, REST, JSON, XML, XSD, and XPath
- Good familiarity with DevOps tools, including CI/CD, Git, Bitbucket, Maven, and Jenkins
- Solid understanding of MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform
- Experience testing Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules, including Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder, Journey Builder, and APIs
- Familiarity with AMPScript is a plus
- Competent SQL skills for data validation purposes
- Experience in both Agile and Waterfall development methodologies
- Strong problem-solving abilities, along with excellent communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct quality assurance testing for Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions
- Develop and execute test cases for API/Web Services and automate testing processes
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve defects found during testing
- Ensure data accuracy through SQL validation processes
- Utilize DevOps tools to enhance the QA pipeline and increase efficiency
- Document testing processes, results, and other key findings
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement discussions
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables
