Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- At least 2 years of experience with Copado Administration/DevOps
- Over 1 year of experience with OwnBackup, Apex, Workbench, and DataLoader
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage and configure Salesforce settings, including users, objects, fields, and validations
- Administer workflows, dashboards, reports, and system modifications along with licenses
- Provide support for Copado DevOps and OwnBackup services, including backup, recovery, and seeding
- Monitor and assess data quality, exception logs, and integrations
- Document processes and conduct training sessions for users
