Requirements
Must:
- Salesforce Certifications (ADM201 is mandatory)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Sales/Service/Experience Cloud
- At least 8 years of total IT industry experience
- Involvement in 4-5 different Sales/Service/Experience Cloud implementations (each lasting at least 6 months)
- Strong familiarity with CRM roadmap planning
- Proficiency in capturing business requirements
- Expertise in creating requirement artifacts such as BRD and SRS
- Experience in Solution Design documentation
- Knowledge of designing solutions in Sales/Service Cloud based on BRD
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration and administration essentials
- Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript frameworks, HTML5, and Web Services
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to run on-site-offshore coordination for project teams
Responsibilities
- Serve as a Salesforce Consultant/Advisor, focusing on Sales/Service/Experience Cloud
- Conduct comprehensive solution design in Salesforce platforms
- Collaborate effectively with business teams to gather requirements
- Prepare detailed requirement artifacts like BRD and SRS documents
- Engage in design brainstorming sessions and prototype reviews
- Coordinate with development, configuration, and testing teams through project phases
- Liaise between IT and business teams to clarify requirements
- Conduct late-evening or early-morning calls with offshore teams as necessary
- Interact with various business and IT teams daily
- Build and maintain trust with key stakeholders, including project sponsors
