SailPoint IdentityIQ Developer

- Proficiency in workflow design including triggers, provisioning, connectors, rules, and certifications - Customization skills in Java, Bean scripts, and the creation of custom forms and tasks - Experience with SailPoint APIs and system integrations - Knowledge in role mining and RBAC implementation - Familiarity with access certifications and governance - Expertise in Okta and Active Directory (AD) integration - Capability to build custom reports and manage IIQ policies as well as request/approval workflows - Understanding of IAM functional skills and identity lifecycle management, role, and entitlement modeling - Experience in automated testing (unit, integration, end-to-end) for IAM workflows - Ability to integrate with external enterprise systems - Understanding of SOX, audit, and access control frameworks (preferred) - Experience in supporting regulatory compliance within BFSI - Strong communication skills with both technical and business teams - Skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and solution analysis - Collaborative aptitude with cross-functional, internal, and external teams - Exposure to the BFSI domain with knowledge of compliance and governance
