SRE and DevOps Engineer

- Develop and implement effective DevOps channels across the organization - Evaluate, streamline, and enhance existing DevOps practices - Establish a continuous build system to expedite software deployment and development - Manage DevOps processes and operations efficiently - Set up necessary tools and infrastructure for development - Define and refine development, testing, release, and support processes - Troubleshoot code issues and implement bug fixes - Monitor adherence to processes throughout the software lifecycle - Create or update processes for continuous improvement - Promote and implement automation wherever feasible - Identify and enforce cybersecurity measures through regular assessments - Conduct incidence management and root cause analysis - Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and clients - Select and implement suitable CI/CD tools - Pursue ongoing improvement to establish a robust CI/CD pipeline - Mentor team members to enhance their skills - Track and analyze customer experience metrics and KPIs - Manage regular updates on project progress for stakeholders
