Requirements
Must:
- 10+ years of total IT industry experience
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on development in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning
- Strong knowledge of Data Modeling specific to Salesforce
- Experience with at least 1 Health Cloud implementation project, each lasting a minimum of 6 months
- Prior experience in the healthcare domain, particularly in payer/insurance preferred
- Proficient in Omnistudio, LWC, and enterprise-scale system integrations
- Experience with Experience Cloud implementations
- Developer Certification (Platform Dev 2) is a must
- Minimum of 2 actual projects utilizing the Lightning version and Aura framework
- Thorough understanding of Health Cloud data models and external objects
- Knowledge of compliance requirements and interoperability (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR)
- Experience in architecture/solution design for integrating Salesforce Health Cloud with EHR and EMR systems
- Solid expertise in Visualforce, Apex, Triggers, Eclipse IDE, SOQL, and JavaScript
- Experience in discussing Salesforce Data Modeling with Enterprise Architecture teams
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a variety of solutions to scenarios
- Familiarity with Salesforce coding best practices and Apex coding limitations
- Proficient in integrating Salesforce with external systems using SOAP/REST services
- Experience with Bulk API and Metadata API
- Knowledge of implementing workflow rules, validation rules, approval processes, reports, and dashboards
- Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Boomi, or Mulesoft
- Familiarity with database development, SQL or PL/SQL, and database schema design
- Adhere to unit testing and test class best practices
- Experience with production deployment using change-set, Eclipse, or ANT migration tools
- Bonus: Knowledge of HTML/HTML5, CSS, XML, AJAX, Google APIs, and JavaScript frameworks
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning frameworks
- Model data specific to Salesforce and participate in Health Cloud projects
- Collaborate with healthcare domain experts to ensure client needs are met
- Integrate Salesforce with external healthcare systems and EHR/EMR platforms
- Work on enterprise-scale system integrations utilizing Omnistudio and LWC
- Engage with stakeholders to solidify architectural designs for data integration
- Troubleshoot and solve various scenarios to enhance system functionality
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding best practices
- Create and manage workflow rules, validation rules, and reports
- Implement change management processes in production environments
- Collaborate with team members to deploy Salesforce features and enhancements
- Participate in testing phases to ensure deliverables meet requirements
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers
