Requirements
Must:
- BA/BS in a technical field or relevant Supply Chain areas
- 8+ years of experience in an analyst role within supply chain or manufacturing
- Strong familiarity with SAP planning or MRP systems
- Proficient in project documentation including Business Process Flow and User Requirement Documents
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Capacity to work effectively both independently and in team settings
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with supply chain operations and planning teams to identify pain points and use cases
- Establish comprehensive business requirements aligned with supply chain planning principles
- Develop compelling business cases for applications or features that enhance our operations
- Identify and implement enhancements in current workflows and processes for increased efficiency and transparency
- Partner with IT to facilitate new capabilities throughout project lifecycles and manage smaller enhancement projects
- Produce project-related documentation such as User Acceptance Test Cases and training materials
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and user training initiatives
- Investigate system discrepancies and collaborate with IT and business users to find resolutions
- Support analysis of key metrics and data related to supply chain planning and operations
