- Lead testing, training, and change management for successful solution delivery
- Serve as a bridge between business users and technical teams for project clarity
- Facilitate requirements workshops with cross-functional teams to capture business needs
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to promote standard business processes across IT
