Requirements
Must:
- Proven expertise in implementing and supporting SAP PP modules in complex manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with SAP PTP (Procure-to-Pay) processes.
- Strong understanding of discrete, process, and repetitive manufacturing workflows.
- In-depth knowledge of MRP, production order management, shop floor control, capacity planning, and scheduling.
- Experience with integration across MM, SD, QM, and FI/CO modules.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in documentation practices.
- Familiarity with data migration, testing automation, and Fiori applications is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the implementation of SAP PP, from requirement gathering through go-live support.
- Work with business stakeholders to assess manufacturing and production planning needs and offer SAP solutions.
- Configure master and transactional data for Material Master, Work Centers, BOMs, Routings, Production Orders, MRP, and Capacity Planning.
- Facilitate the integration of SAP PP with MM, SD, QM, and FI/CO to ensure seamless process flows.
- Provide advanced support for shop floor control, process orders, and various manufacturing environments.
- Develop functional specifications for enhancements, reports, and interfaces in collaboration with ABAP and technical teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects, system upgrades, and business transformation initiatives.
- Conduct user training sessions and prepare documentation following implementation.
- Serve as a bridge between business units and technical teams to ensure optimal system functionality.
- (Preferred) Participate in integrating the Procure-to-Pay process, including material procurement and supplier collaboration.
