Requirements
Must:
- Proven understanding of Gas Transmission and Distribution operations, crew management, FERC accounting, regulatory standards, capital construction, and GIS applications
- Proficient in SAP S/4HANA with practical experience in Work and Asset Management (WAM) across multiple commodities (electric, gas, water, wastewater)
- Demonstrated capability with various WAM processes, including Field Service Management (FSM), Mobility, and SAP ISU (Device/Work Management) with at least 4 end-to-end implementations, particularly in the Energy and Utilities sector
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience in implementation methodologies, project planning, resource management, and ensuring timely project delivery within budget and quality standards
- Knowledge of the Energy and Utilities industry, including AI trends and cybersecurity principles
- Fluent in English
- Preferred familiarity with other SAP modules such as MM, IM, WM, PM, and PS; experience with SAP Analytics Cloud and PowerPlan
- Awareness of Cloud Computing Platforms including IBM Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP
- Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management practices
Responsibilities
- Oversee and enhance Gas Transmission and Distribution operational practices and crew management
- Manage SAP S/4HANA implementations, specifically in Work and Asset Management across multiple commodities
- Develop and implement effective project plans and management strategies for timely project completion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate business processes with SAP applications
- Provide guidance on using Artificial Intelligence and cybersecurity practices within SAP environments
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements during project execution
- Lead and mentor project teams to foster professional development and deliver high-quality results
