Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of four years of experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite, including substantial hands-on experience leading development and integration projects.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience). If holding an Associates Degree, must have a minimum of 6 years of work experience.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams in a collaborative setting.
- Demonstrated skills in technology assessment, solution architecture, and prioritization of business value.
- Strong influencing and advisory capabilities, with a history of impactful decision-making across teams.
- Experience with SAP BTP Extension Suite, SAP Fiori, or cloud-native development.
- Knowledge of integrating SAP BTP with other SAP modules (e.g., S/4Hana, SuccessFactors) and third-party systems.
- Certifications in SAP BTP or related SAP technologies.
- Experience in driving digital transformation initiatives and innovation projects.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders and facilitating workshops.
Responsibilities
- Lead SAP BTP development teams, providing technical leadership and mentorship for successful integration and extension project delivery.
- Advise clients and internal stakeholders on best practices within SAP BTP, architecture, and solution design.
- Oversee the execution of integration projects utilizing SAP BTP integration suite, ensuring alignment with both business goals and technical standards.
- Conduct technology assessments to pinpoint opportunities for enhancements and innovation within client environments.
- Analyze and prioritize business value to influence decision-making and solution development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, IT, and external partners, to create innovative SAP BTP solutions.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and professional development within the development team.
