Requirements
Must:
- 10-15 years of experience in Quality Assurance, including leadership roles
- Strong expertise in manual testing and managing QA processes
- Proven track record of overseeing offshore teams in distributed settings
- Preferred background in the cruise, travel, or e-commerce sectors
- Familiarity with agile practices and scrum methodologies
- Capability to handle constructive feedback with professionalism and resilience
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a confident and approachable demeanor
- Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus
Responsibilities
- Co-lead quality assurance initiatives for three agile teams
- Provide guidance and mentorship to offshore QA teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to uphold quality standards across booking, e-commerce, and cruise platforms
- Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting according to sprint cycles
- Support scrum ceremonies and agile delivery methodologies
- Approach direct feedback with adaptability and professionalism
- Engage in process improvement and development of QA strategies
