Requirements
Must:

- Strong practical knowledge of testing within the ServiceNow platform
- Comprehensive understanding of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, Service Catalog, CSDM, and ITOM
- Profound grasp of testing methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough end-to-end manual and automated testing for ServiceNow applications
- Create, execute, and uphold test cases, plans, and scripts
- Identify, document, and monitor defects until resolution
- Ensure system performance, reliability, and data integrity
- Test various ServiceNow modules, ensuring functionality of workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations
- Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to address issues
- Engage with cross-functional teams to grasp requirements and ensure entend high-quality deliverables meet business expectations
- Participate actively in requirements reviews and discussions regarding testing strategies
