Requirements
Must:
- Proficient in Python with a focus on data processing, APIs, and automation
- Practical knowledge of Oracle Warehouse Builder (OWB) and Oracle PL/SQL, along with data modeling skills
- Experience in deploying and managing applications on Kubernetes (including AKS, EKS, GKE, or on-prem solutions)
- Strong SQL abilities and expertise in performance tuning
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Helm
- Effective problem-solving capabilities, including debugging and performance optimization
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support Python applications, automation scripts, and data workflows
- Create scalable and reusable code for ETL, analytics, and reporting functionalities
- Design and maintain ETL processes utilizing Oracle Warehouse Builder (OWB)
- Optimize, monitor, and manage data pipelines to enhance data loading and transformation efficacy
- Collaborate with relational databases (Oracle, SQL) to guarantee data integrity and high performance
- Deploy, manage, and observe applications within Kubernetes clusters
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for application deployments and ETL processes
- Ensure the reliability, scalability, and fault tolerance of containerized services
- Collaborate closely with data engineers, analysts, and DevOps teams to produce effective solutions
- Adhere to coding standards, documentation practices, and promote best practices
- Swiftly troubleshoot and rectify production issues
