Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Software Engineering or a STEM discipline, or a Masters degree with relevant experience
- At least 5 years of experience in a related field (or 3 years with a Masters degree)
- Strong understanding of Python programming
- Proficient in software tools for Integrated Development Environments (IDE), version control, and defect tracking
- Ability to translate concepts and specifications into functional design and code
- Experience in testing and debugging processes

- Strong interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration and communication
- Creative mindset with capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Must be able to obtain an Interim Secret Clearance (active Secret clearance is preferred)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate within an agile team to create and implement automated testing solutions
- Develop automation features within a testing framework
- Integrate test automation into the CI/CD processes using tools like Jenkins and GitLab
- Work alongside developers to document new and amended code
- Tackle complex issues and devise efficient solutions
- Engage in continuous learning to enhance coding capabilities
