Requirements
Must:
- At least 8 years of experience in data warehousing, business intelligence, analytics, and reporting systems
- Minimum 8 years working with both relational and multi-dimensional (OLAP) data modeling
- Strong proficiency in SQL, with focus on relational and dimensional database structures and query optimization, particularly with SQL Server and Snowflake
- In-depth understanding of Fixed Income, Equity, and Derivative businesses
- Strong analytical skills to assess user requirements and propose effective solutions
- Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly
- Comprehensive project management and full development life cycle experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage priorities and execute in a high-pressure environment
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain our data warehouse and business intelligence solutions
- Ensure accurate and efficient ETL processes for data loading into warehouses
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture business requirements and convert them into technical solutions
- Conduct data analyses to reveal trends, patterns, and insights for business enhancement
- Implement data validation and cleansing processes to ensure data quality and integrity
- Optimize SQL queries and enhance database performance
- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Engage with users to collect requirements, provide support, and facilitate the adoption of business intelligence solutions
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in business intelligence and data analytics
