Responsibilities
- Engage in intricate design projects, leveraging extensive expertise in Pega systems
- Oversee technical implementations to guarantee completion of projects accurately and on time
- Utilize Pega architecture, security frameworks, and service interfaces to develop dependable software solutions
- Translate complex business requirements into straightforward technical specifications using industry-standard tools
- Create systems that are adaptable, reusable, and easy to maintain
- Provide developmental guidance and design recommendations throughout the project lifecycle
- Address technical issues as they arise during the development process
- Continuously evaluate and improve system performance
- Collaborate with production support and development teams to assist users and resolve issues, including offering emergency support when required
- Coordinate with partner teams in development, testing, and support to ensure seamless integrated solutions
