Requirements
Must:
- 3+ years of experience in CRM administration (preferably with Oracle Service Cloud, Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.)
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or management
- Strong expertise in CRM data management, reporting, campaigns, surveys, and Intelligent Advisor
- Competency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Confluence, or Asana
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Responsibilities
- Configure and manage CRM settings, workflows, user profiles, message templates, surveys, campaigns, workspaces, and access permissions
- Assist in the testing and validation of custom code, vendor updates, patches, and add-ons
- Work collaboratively with Contact Center and Business Analysis teams to propose enhancements, system improvements, and scalable solutions
- Ensure system availability by coordinating with developers, database administrators, system administrators, and technical leads
- Oversee data integrity tasks (including imports, migrations, integrations, and cleanup)
- Provide application administration support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution (such as code migration, change control, application security, and performance)
- Develop and maintain Intelligent Advisor interactions within Oracle Service Cloud
- Coordinate project timelines, resources, deliverables, and activities across teams
- Maintain essential documentation, including business requirements documents, test plans, test results, project plans, and meeting notes
- Organize and lead project meetings to facilitate status updates and resolve issues
