Requirements
Must:
- Proven track record in leading Record to Report (RTR) tracks for Oracle Cloud implementations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills geared toward executive-level stakeholders (CFO/CIO)
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Financials modules including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Costing
- Multiple full-cycle Oracle Cloud ERP implementations completed
- Availability to work onsite in San Jose, CA (Monday to Thursday)
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the RTR track across various Oracle Cloud implementations
- Serve as the finance lead, engaging directly with CFOs and key stakeholders
- Provide specialized knowledge across Oracle Financials modules such as GL, Fixed Assets, and Costing
- Act as a versatile resource within Oracle Finance, demonstrating robust functional expertise
- Convert business requirements into scalable solutions within the Oracle Cloud framework
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution
