Requirements
Must:
- Over 7 years of experience in Oracle Fusion SCM implementation or advisory positions
- Proficiency in at least two Oracle Fusion SCM modules such as Procurement, Inventory, or Planning
- Expertise in deploying, configuring, and managing Oracle SCM Cloud solutions
- Strong understanding of healthcare supply chains, particularly in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or clinical supplies
- Familiarity with regulatory standards including FDA regulations, validations, and serialization requirements
- Excellent communication skills and capability to collaborate with stakeholders in a consulting or advisory role
Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive implementation and enhancement of Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, Planning, and Logistics
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into configuration designs that align with healthcare supply chain workflows
- Manage supply chain application roles, including configuration of setup artifacts, metadata, and enterprise structures in Oracle Fusion SCM
- Enable and maintain REST/integration services for the exchange of supply chain data, such as change orders and inventory transactions
- Create supply chain dashboards and analytics customized to healthcare metrics like inventory turnover, waste reduction, and order accuracy
- Collaborate across functions with clinical teams, quality control, finance, and IT to ensure SCM systems enhance patient care and compliance
- Provide training for end-users, system documentation, and change management support to facilitate smooth adoption of SCM solutions
