Requirements
Must:
- 6-10 years of software development experience, including a minimum of 10 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, SCM, and HCM
- Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, BIP, OTBI, FBDI/ADFdi, VBCS, and SQL/PLSQL, with a focus on performance tuning
- Demonstrated success in delivering projects within SCM, HCM, OTC, and RTR functional areas
- Experience in multi-vendor environments with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, specifically AIM or OUM
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Proven capacity for innovative thinking and providing unique solutions
- Effective negotiation skills to challenge vendor estimates
Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom extensions, integrations, and UI components utilizing VBCS, Application Composer, Page Composer, and Flexfields
- Build and optimize integrations leveraging Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, BIP/OTBI extracts, and FBDI/ADFdi
- Implement enhancements and automation for SCM, HCM, OTC, and RTR business processes including procurement, inventory, order management, pricing, invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, subledger accounting, core HR, payroll, benefits, and talent management
- Generate BIP/OTBI reports and dashboards to ensure high data integrity and performance
- Provide Level 3 support including defect triage, root cause analysis, and preventive measures
- Collaborate in Agile settings and adhere to AIM or OUM methodologies throughout design, building, and delivery phases
- Work alongside vendors to evaluate estimates, timelines, and proposed solutions for improved efficiency and cost-effectiveness
