Requirements
Must:
- 7+ years of experience with Oracle EBS MRP and Supply Chain Management modules
- Proficiency in integrated modules such as Inventory, Bills of Material, Work in Process, and Purchasing
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Experience in discrete, process, or repetitive manufacturing environments
Responsibilities
- Oversee and implement MRP projects, including setting up planning parameters, lot sizing rules, and safety stock
- Provide functional assistance and troubleshoot any MRP-related challenges
- Conduct performance tuning and root-cause analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and test integrations with other EBS modules, such as Order Management and Advanced Supply Chain Planning
- Conduct training sessions for end users and facilitate change management initiatives
- Engage in project lifecycle activities, including requirement gathering, CRP sessions, user acceptance testing, and go-live support
- Maintain thorough documentation of configurations and business processes to ensure compliance with audits
- Stay informed about Oracle EBS releases and patches to suggest process improvements for enhanced supply chain efficiency
