Requirements
Must:
- Over 12 years of experience with Oracle Demand and Supply Planning Cloud technologies
- A minimum of 3 implementations in relevant areas
- Experience in designing, configuring, and executing Oracle Cloud SCM solutions for demand, supply, and replenishment planning
- Profound functional expertise in Oracle Cloud SCP modules such as Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Replenishment Planning, and Backlog Management
- Strong comprehension of supply chain planning principles and methodologies
- Ability to analyze intricate supply chain data to uncover trends, opportunities, and discrepancies, while predicting potential outcomes to optimize inventory and enhance customer service levels
- Collaborate closely with business partners to grasp their vision, strategy, and requirements, ensuring that IT solutions align with business objectives
- Proficient in data collection and system integration
- Sound understanding of MRP and planning processes
- Familiarity with REST APIs and BIP reporting
- Good grasp of integrated planning business cycles
- Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Capable of overseeing quarterly patch testing procedures
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with both technical and business audiences
