Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of experience in application development utilizing Oracle Forms, Oracle APEX, and PL/SQL
- Experience in Oracle Database development, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
- Proficient in Oracle Fusion Middleware components, such as WebLogic Server and Oracle HTTP Server
- Proven track record of ensuring PCI compliance in application development
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Familiarity with Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS) is preferred
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies
- Experience with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of application and data security best practices
- Background in government or public sector environments is advantageous
- Educational qualifications that include at least one of the following:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate, Oracle APEX Developer, Oracle Middleware certifications) are desirable

- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Oracle Forms, Oracle APEX, and PL/SQL
- Engage in Oracle Database development, focusing on performance tuning and issue resolution
- Implement and manage Oracle Fusion Middleware components to support application functionality
- Ensure compliance with PCI standards within application development processes
- Collaborate with team members through clear and effective communication
- Utilize Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS) to enhance application functionality
- Participate in Agile development practices to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Maintain version control and CI/CD processes to streamline development workflows
- Uphold application and data security measures throughout development
- Contribute to projects within a government or public sector context
