Requirements
Must:
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Expertise in Angular and componentization for front-end development
- Solid understanding of front-end state management
- Experience with Node.js / Express.js for back-end service development
- Familiarity with asynchronous programming concepts
- Proven track record in designing scalable, API-driven systems
- Background in Java and/or .NET (preferably ASP.NET Core) for maintaining and refactoring legacy applications
- Knowledge of databases such as Postgres, Snowflake, Oracle, and SQL Server
- Understanding of software design patterns and component-based architecture
- Experience using Git and agile development methodologies
- Awareness of application security principles and cloud-native development
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
- Knowledge of AWS services (such as Lambda, ECS, RDS, etc.)
- Capability to write unit and integration tests
- Familiarity with project management software
Responsibilities
- Collaborate across teams to assess existing systems and identify modernization opportunities
- Contribute to the design and development of new services in a cloud-native environment
- Maintain and upgrade legacy applications while transitioning to modern solutions
- Participate in the full modernization process from initial concept through to implementation
- Analyze and improve application performance and reliability
- Guide the team in best practices for software development and security
- Utilize various technologies and frameworks to build scalable systems
