Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of experience in Salesforce development, encompassing Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and integrations.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Administrator tasks, including configuration, automation tools, security model, and data management.
- Experience with enterprise-level integrations utilizing REST/SOAP APIs.
- Background in supporting Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Audience Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, contact/data management).
- Strong grasp of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and industry best practices.
- Skilled in TFS/Git or other version control systems.
- In-depth understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Excellent analytical and debugging abilities, adept at resolving complex technical challenges.
- Capacity to convert business needs into well-designed technical solutions.
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce security protocols, profiles, permission sets, and data protection (PII).
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines is advantageous.
- Outstanding communication and documentation capabilities.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: Experience with Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer / Administrator) are a plus.
- Experience with relational databases and data modeling.
- Keen interest in user experience and contemporary UI design.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce applications to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Salesforce applications.
- Manage and optimize Salesforce settings and configurations to enhance performance.
- Develop and execute unit tests for ensuring code quality and reliability.
- Maintain documentation for technical processes, architecture, and system changes.
- Mentor junior Salesforce developers and share best practices within the team.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce developments and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Integrate various third-party systems with Salesforce to streamline operations.
- Participate in DevOps practices to enhance deployment efficiency.
