Machine Learning Engineer

- Over 8 years of professional experience in ML engineering within an AI/ML-centric organization - Understanding of cutting-edge advancements in behavior learning, language processing, and/or computer vision - Proven experience in training large-scale foundation models, including VLMs and text-to-video models, using distributed training techniques - Proficiency in high-performance optimization methods such as quantization, mixed precision, model parallelism, and data parallelism - Extensive hands-on experience with PyTorch framework - Strong expertise in Python programming and software development best practices like unit testing, documentation, and code reviews - Knowledge of continuous integration and dependency management processes - Familiarity with data pipelines, model serving and optimization, cloud training, and dataset management - Capability to adapt quickly between rapid prototyping and robust implementation phases - Experience in deploying models on embodied systems or robots - Competence in collaborating within mixed teams of research scientists and engineers - Proficiency with Amazon EC2, S3, and/or SageMaker - Experience working with Bazel build tool
