Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or architectural role
- Demonstrated proficiency in OmniStudio, including OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors
- Strong skills in Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- In-depth knowledge of Apex, Salesforce APIs, and Experience Cloud
- Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external systems such as PeopleSoft and AWS
- Understanding of Salesforces security framework and management of guest user access
- Familiarity with DevOps tools, such as Copado or similar CI/CD platforms
- Excellent analytical and communication abilities, with a strong capacity for cross-functional collaboration
- Salesforce certifications like Platform Developer II, OmniStudio Developer, or Application Architect are preferred

Responsibilities
- Design and create OmniScripts and Lightning Web Components to develop engaging, mobile-first Admissions Application forms
- Implement Apex logic that includes classes, triggers, and REST APIs for validation, automation, and system integration
- Construct and maintain Salesforce Flows (Record-Triggered and Screen Flows) for automating processes like routing and notifications
- Integrate with external systems including PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, SharePoint, SFTP, and AWS through DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and custom Apex
- Develop Save-for-Later functionality ensuring secure session management and step-based logic
- Configure Experience Cloud environments to set up guest user access, profiles, and visibility settings for compliance with security standards
- Collaborate with UX teams and stakeholders to establish user journeys and manage edge cases (e.g., international applicants, returning students)
- Create technical documentation and deployment strategies; assist in CI/CD processes utilizing tools like Copado
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and support QA/UAT testing to ensure system scalability and performance
