IT Project Portfolio Manager

- Oversee all phases of the software development life cycle for multiple complex programs - Manage project processes including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure - Develop and maintain realistic project schedules, budgets, and goals - Coordinate program management activities to align with operational needs - Conduct comprehensive program management planning that includes key activities and resource allocation - Define and manage the entire software development life cycle process from requirements to post-implementation support - Assign tasks and oversee cross-functional team collaboration - Ensure precise requirement definitions are integrated into system design - Manage change requests and stakeholder engagement - Conduct risk analysis and implement mitigation strategies - Foster strong relationships with various program team members and partners - Track program outcomes against established technical specifications and performance metrics - Communicate effectively regarding plans, statuses, and issues to management and committees - Prepare and present metrics and performance status reports to stakeholders - Coordinate user training and manage change management and communication activities - Conduct regular program status meetings and oversee project closeout processes
