IT Manager - Network & Security Focus

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or a related field - Over 5 years of experience in formulating and implementing category strategies in IT sourcing, including software, hardware, and IT professional services - CPM/CPSM or PMP certification is preferred - Previous experience negotiating with major companies such as Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft, and ServiceNow is desirable - Familiarity with negotiations involving IT contracting and consulting firms like Infosys and Accenture is beneficial - Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills, emphasizing collaboration across the organization - Capability to engage directly with C-suite leadership - Comfortable presenting to and interacting with senior executives independently - Proven sourcing practitioner with knowledge of best practices and a successful history of collaborative problem-solving - Understanding of standard commercial contract practices and procedures - Demonstrated history of achieving significant and sustainable cost reductions through effective sourcing strategies - Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting spend data to support sourcing initiatives aligned with business objectives - Ability to independently solve complex problems and identify innovative solutions - Strong process management, organizational, and time management skills - Attention to detail coupled with excellent documentation abilities
