Requirements
Must:
- At least 10 years of experience in information security, focusing on Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Minimum 8 years of experience working with Auth0 or comparable CIAM platforms; current Auth0 certification is preferred if experience is lacking
- Proven expertise in implementing OpenID Connect and claims-based authorization models
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams on specific solutions and projects
- Excellent communication skills; able to effectively convey information and act as a trusted advisor across all organizational levels
- Strong ability to foster consensus and drive change through influence rather than direct authority
- Quick learner with exceptional system design and problem-solving capabilities
- Prior experience in the information security sector within the financial services industry
Responsibilities
- Design and spearhead the implementation of an Auth0-driven Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) system, including customized workflows and multiple identity connectors
- Advise clients on the secure and effective utilization of OpenID Connect for authentication and claims-based authorization
- Collaborate with clients in the design of the CIAM ecosystem, serving as a trusted advisor
- Develop standards, templates, and practical guidance for developers involved in the OpenID Connect CIAM ecosystem
- Identify CIAM requirements and use cases across the organization, creating tailored solutions with Auth0, OPA, and Kong, among other tools
- Lead a diverse team of CIAM engineers, including Auth0, Kong, and API developers, offering technical guidance and mentorship
- Ensure all CIAM solutions are scalable, secure, and consistently available
