Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field like information security is preferred
- Experience with managing and updating IT process workflows and documentation
- Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) programs/teams is advantageous
- Knowledge of NERC CIP security standards is beneficial, particularly CIP-004 requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel (DAX formulas and Power Query)
- Experience in data/process analysis for identifying issues or anomalies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to suggest innovative solutions to improve operational processes
- Proven teamwork skills to collaborate effectively within a team
- Strong problem-solving abilities to assess situations and recommend solutions
- Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks and monitor progress
Responsibilities
- Assist the IT Cybersecurity NERC CIP Compliance team with the new Identity and Access Management (IAM) program implementation
- Collaborate with IT compliance analysts to develop and execute test scripts
- Create documentation and training materials for the IAM Role Lifecycle Management solution
- Conduct post-implementation analysis of related processes and develop new requirements
- Execute functionality testing scripts as necessary
- Enhance methods for gathering and assessing data integrity within the IAM CIP Access Matrix
