Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of experience in Identity & Access Management and Cybersecurity
- Profound knowledge of IAM solutions, specifically Ping, ForgeRock, and Microsoft Entra ID
- Mandatory experience with Ping/ForgeRock
- Familiarity with cloud-based IAM deployments, including Azure and AKS
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing extensive global teams
- Capability to handle multiple high-priority projects in dynamic settings
- Exceptional communication, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Background in ITIL processes and operations-focused roles
Responsibilities
- Supervise a global IAM operations team to ensure consistent stability and security across various regions
- Direct the design, execution, and transition of IAM platforms in both cloud and on-premise settings
- Collaborate with IT Engineering, Architecture, and vendor partners to enhance our security measures and reduce costs
- Provide technical direction for IAM projects, platform enhancements, and significant initiatives
- Ensure adherence to internal security protocols and industry-leading practices in collaboration with Risk, Audit, and Governance teams
- Manage both project and operational teams focusing on quality outcomes and process enhancements
- Mentor and cultivate the skills of IAM team members
- Lead efforts in penetration testing, auditing, and risk governance related to IAM and broader cyber initiatives
- Oversee ITIL processes, including Change, Release, Problem, Incident, Configuration, Asset, and Application Management
