Requirements
Must:
- Over 12 years of experience in developing and scaling software systems.
- Demonstrated expertise in backend and distributed cloud-native architectures.
- Practical experience with Generative AI methodologies: agentic RAG, prompt context, grounding, and fine-tuning.
- In-depth understanding of responsible AI principles, as well as risk and compliance frameworks.
- Proficient in containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with conversational AI platforms like Cognigy.AI or similar.
- Adept in utilizing cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI deployments.
- Knowledgeable in GenAI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack).
- Experienced with MLOps, CI/CD practices, and AI observability solutions.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities in agile environments.
- A strategic thinker with robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Preferred: Experience with model distillation and cost optimization.
- Preferred: Background in multi-cloud or hybrid AI deployment methodologies.
- Preferred: Understanding of vector databases, retrieval pipelines, and embeddings.
- Preferred: Relevant certifications in AI/ML, cloud architecture, or responsible AI.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop backend structures for scalable Generative AI solutions.
- Construct agentic RAG pipelines focused on effective context management.
- Oversee model grounding, fine-tuning, and distillation for enterprise-level AI.
- Implement observability and monitoring frameworks for AI applications in production.
- Promote responsible AI practices in accordance with risk and compliance standards.
- Integrate GenAI frameworks along with cloud services and container orchestration.
- Enhance AI deployments to ensure scalability, resilience, and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead agile project execution while providing mentorship to technical teams.
- Articulate architectural decisions clearly to both technical professionals and business stakeholders.
