Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- 7 to 10 years of experience in software development
- Proficiency in .NET Core 6 or newer and Angular 12 or beyond

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline implementation using DevOps practices
- Understanding of OWASP security standards
- Adherence to coding best practices for code maintainability
- Experience in providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
- Skilled in conducting code reviews to uphold coding standards
- Ability to stay informed about industry trends and new technologies
- Experience in leading technical discussions and decision-making
- Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders effectively
- Capability to prioritize and manage technical debt while ensuring deliverable excellence
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of web applications using .NET Core 6 or later and Angular 12 or later
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using .NET Core 6 or later
- Implement ORM mapping with Entity Framework and AutoMapper
- Utilize Microsoft SQL Server for various database operations and interactions
- Collaborate with diverse teams to define, design, and launch new features
- Ensure optimal performance, quality, and user responsiveness of applications
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs as they arise
- Support the organization of code quality and automation practices
- Write and run unit tests to assure software reliability and quality
- Implement and sustain CI/CD pipelines leveraging DevOps methodologies
- Follow and enforce OWASP security best practices to safeguard applications
- Adhere to coding best practices to keep code clear and manageable
- Provide mentorship and technical direction to junior developers
- Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring compliance with best practices
- Stay updated with emerging technologies to foster innovation within the team
- Spearhead technical discussions and decision-making initiatives
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders to meet project requirements
- Manage technical debt and advocate for technical excellence in deliverables
