Requirements
Must:
- At least eight years of proven experience in embedded programming with demonstrated leadership skills.
- Strong enthusiasm for software engineering, electronics, communications, and engine control systems technology.
- Capability to work in and around watercraft without the need for special arrangements.
- Practical knowledge of Socket CAN, C/C++, Python, Embedded Linux, RTOS, BlueZ Bluetooth Stack, Wi-Fi, HTTPS, SSL, TCP/IP, MQTT, and FTP.
Responsibilities
- Design, architect, develop, and sustain software applications on embedded platforms.
- Employ production development tools and methodologies, including Code Composer Studio, SVN, DevOps, and Git.
- Adhere to company coding standards, implement best practices, and conduct unit tests.
- Engage in and eventually guide small teams through software development cycles.
- Create code for Bluetooth Low Energy, Wi-Fi, and cellular communications.
