ERP Project Manager (Oracle/SAP)

- Utilize our Project Portfolio Management Tool (Clarity) to create project schedules, allocate resources, and manage budgets. - Prepare materials for presentations tailored to audiences that include executives, managers, and project team members. - Monitor, control, and report on project progress by effectively managing cost, schedule, scope, resources, quality, and risks. - Ensure timely and accurate communication with stakeholders, especially project sponsors, team members, and management, utilizing suitable communication channels. - Provide leadership and encourage collaboration between technical and business teams by achieving consensus and securing commitment. - Work closely with project team members to develop and maintain essential project deliverables throughout the project lifecycle, including Project Charter, Schedule, Budget, Communication Plan, Status Report, Risk and Issue Management Plans, Change Requests, and Project Closedown Summary. - Manage communication related to project interfaces with other agencies. - Ensure project compliance with SUITE PMM and System Engineering Methodology (SEM), adhering to proper transitions through project lifecycle phases. - Facilitate and enforce the Change Management process when deviations occur from the approved project scope, schedule, or budget, ensuring all Change Requests receive needed approvals before actions are taken. - Develop project Corrective Action Plans (CAP) as necessary for projects falling into yellow or red status. - Understand project benefits and assess the impact of change requests on business cases. - Ensure related project documents are updated as needed. - Review and comprehend vendor contracts to actively oversee vendor deliverables and compliance with approval procedures. - Clarify expectations among stakeholders to ensure all deliverables are assigned, reviewed, and completed accordingly.
