Requirements
Must:
- 6-9 years of experience in software development using C#/.NET, with a strong foundation in object-oriented programming and design principles
- Expertise in SQL databases (Oracle or SQL Server) and experience with full stack development (e.g., Blazor, WinForms, or JavaScript frameworks)
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., MCSD) are advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a cross-functional team
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (e.g., Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and contemporary DevOps methodologies
- Candidates must be able to work onsite every other week
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technology partners to design and implement scalable .NET-based solutions that effectively address complex business requirements
- Develop, test, and maintain secure, high-performing software components utilizing C#/.NET and associated technologies
- Engage in agile development practices including sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous integration
- Analyze user requirements and convert them into technical specifications and functional code
- Assist in production deployments, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continual platform enhancements
