Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Over 7 years of professional experience in cybersecurity and IT infrastructure, with hands-on roles in network, systems, and security operations
- Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, Okta, CyberArk
- Proficiency in Privileged Access Management (PAM), including design, implementation, and governance
- Practical experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) platforms like Okta (SSO, MFA, identity lifecycle)
- Strong foundation in network security and Security Operations Center (SOC) functionalities
- Familiarity with firewall management tools such as AlgoSec
- Comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity standards including ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and CIS Controls
- Experience securing cloud environments like Azure or AWS, focusing on access policies
- Capability to lead or support incident response activities including investigation and reporting
- Proven track record in delivering intricate cybersecurity projects on time
- Familiarity with structured project management methodologies (i.e. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile)
- Strong analytical skills to assess technical risks and convey business consequences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for producing technical documentation and presentations
- High degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all interactions
- Fluency in English with the ability to adjust communication for diverse audiences, including management
Responsibilities
- Manage the implementation and oversight of security controls within our Information Security team
- Ensure compliance with international cybersecurity standards and frameworks
- Lead initiatives related to cybersecurity and support critical projects
- Design and manage Privileged Access Management systems to optimize governance and workflows
- Directly engage with Identity & Access Management systems, ensuring effective identity lifecycle management
- Monitor enterprise network infrastructure and participate in Security Operations Center activities
- Collaborate on firewall analysis and policy management, utilizing necessary tools
- Maintain a deep understanding of cybersecurity standards and apply best practices
- Secure cloud environments by setting appropriate access controls and policies
- Take a leading role in incident response by conducting investigations and formulating reports
- Deliver complex cybersecurity projects while adhering to defined timelines and scopes
- Utilize project management frameworks to ensure organized project delivery
- Analyze technical risks and communicate their implications effectively across teams
- Produce comprehensive documentation and deliver presentations to various stakeholders
- Foster an environment of collaboration across IT, security, and business teams
- Uphold a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity throughout all operations
