Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience with FileMaker Server and FileMaker Cloud.
- Demonstrated expertise in regaining admin access to FileMaker Server and migrating databases to the cloud.
- Strong skills in troubleshooting, data validation, and certification/reporting.
Responsibilities
- Regain administrative access to FileMaker Server v13 and establish new administrator credentials.
- Create local backups of the existing on-premise database containing 7,300 records and 45 fields.
- Develop a new FileMaker Cloud database that mirrors the structure of the on-premise system.
- Transfer records to the cloud, ensuring accuracy and conducting verification checks.
- Validate the success of the migration, including testing over 350 non-sequential records.

This role involves recovering access to our on-premise FileMaker Server and successfully migrating our database to the cloud in a structured three-phase approach.
