Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree from a recognized college or university, preferably in management information systems or business administration
- Proven experience in planning, eliciting, analyzing, and managing business requirements throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC), including regression testing
- Experience validating requirements with Front Office, Middle Office, and Regulatory stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability in leading simple and complex business process reengineering and transformation initiatives for improved efficiency and customer experience
- Experience serving as a liaison between functional and technical teams
- Background in managing project teams and handling organizational changes, including stakeholder relationships and performance tracking
- Knowledge in data management, data quality, data warehousing, data modeling, data migration, integration, enterprise system analysis, enterprise architecture, and information security principles
- Previous experience in a Scrum Master role or in an agile environment
- Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and/or investment concepts, alongside experience with system implementations and enhancements in these areas
- Proficiency in analyzing complex technology applications and policies in accounting, finance, and investment
- Familiarity with accounting and finance software vendors and in collaborating with internal development teams for technological improvements
- Skill in developing and conducting training sessions for new systems
- Preferred qualifications: MBA, CCBA, CBAP, CSM, CSPO, PMI-PBA, PMP, ITIL, ICGB, or equivalent certifications
Responsibilities
- Conduct senior-level business and systems analysis, facilitating the collection, development, and documentation of user requirements
- Assess and enhance existing business processes while applying best practices in analysis and process modeling
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in the preparation of proposals for information management initiatives
- Analyze program policies and procedures for their impact on automated systems
- Coordinate and analyze user requirements, procedures, and challenges to enhance existing systems
- Manage the life cycle of service requests, including technical specifications and systems integration testing prior to implementation
- Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to ensure project success
- Identify project risks and create strategies to mitigate or avoid potential issues
- Review and provide feedback on complex project deliverables such as design documentation and risk assessments
- Lead process change requests and oversee project scope, acceptance, installation, and deployment
- Develop and facilitate formal training sessions on system usage
