Requirements
Must:
- Over 7 years of experience in test automation, specifically with Playwright and/or Selenium
- Practical experience with Generative AI tools in testing, including test case generation and code analysis
- Strong programming capabilities in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python
- Background in designing and building automation frameworks from the ground up
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD platforms, as well as Agile processes
- Understanding of API testing, performance testing, and cloud services like AWS and Azure
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities

Responsibilities
- Create, develop, and uphold scalable test automation frameworks, primarily utilizing Playwright and Selenium
- Incorporate Generative AI technologies to automate the generation of test cases, script upkeep, and defect analysis
- Formulate and execute AI-enhanced testing methods, such as self-healing tests and intelligent test orchestration
- Champion the implementation of automation best practices throughout our development and QA teams
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, including Jenkins and GitHub Actions
- Guide junior engineers and perform code reviews to ensure the quality of automation scripts
- Investigate and prototype new tools and technologies to continuously enhance testing effectiveness
- Establish and monitor quality metrics like test coverage, flakiness, and automation ROI to showcase the effectiveness of the framework
