Requirements
Must:
- Associates Degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent in a related field (preferred)
- 2 years of experience in application development and supporting the system development lifecycle, including coding, testing, and implementation
- Proficiency in Angular, AWS CDK, Azure Entra ID, Python, Health Insurance, Informatica, PL/SQL, and T-SQL
Responsibilities
- Independently analyze and compile business requirements for applications with minimal supervision
- Research, plan, design, develop, and implement customer-oriented programming solutions that comply with development policies and standards
- Code, test, and implement software enhancements and/or apply patches
- Prepare documentation to support new systems and record modifications to existing application programs
- Drive risk assessment by developing, implementing, and evaluating system design strategies and specifications
- Provide leadership in processes for work groups, assisting in product/service delivery strategies and work plans
- Resolve product, implementation, and functionality issues, offering troubleshooting support
- Mentor and coach less experienced Application Development Analysts, facilitating skill expansion
