Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a banking client environment
- Proficiency in guiding and mentoring teams on Scrum methodologies and enhancing their comprehension of Agile principles
- Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Demos/Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives
- Experience in a Scaled Agile framework, including facilitating scaled planning events and representing the team in Scrum of Scrums and ART Syncs
- Capability to help establish team norms and agreements, including Definition of Ready and Definition of Done, and ensuring adherence to these agreements
- Competence in maintaining a healthy product and Sprint backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner
- Skills in managing dependencies, risks, and impediments for the team
- Ability to measure team delivery, maturity, and performance, while discussing metrics with the team to identify areas for improvement
