AI/ML Engineer

- Architect and design comprehensive generative AI solutions across text, image, audio, or multimodal formats that meet business goals - Assess and choose suitable foundation models (like GPT, LLaMA, Stable Diffusion) and fine-tuning approaches - Lead the creation of tailored LLM applications, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF), and model compression - Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as engineering, product, design, and data science to integrate AI into our products and platforms - Ensure that responsible and ethical AI practices are woven into system design, addressing aspects like fairness, privacy, and explainability - Guide the development of AI infrastructure, including data pipelines, vector databases, model serving, and APIs - Stay informed about the latest AI research and tools, providing recommendations for their use - Conduct proofs-of-concept, prototypes, and performance evaluations - Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices and the sharing of internal knowledge
