Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or a related discipline (or over 8 years of equivalent experience)
- At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity across various tools within cloud, endpoint, identity, and network security sectors
- A minimum of 2 years of practical experience with Zscaler services (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX), focusing on policy management, SAML integration, and performance monitoring
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with security technologies such as EDR, DLP, secure web gateways, email security, IDPS, firewalls, SIEM, and identity protection tools
- Competence in Windows and/or Linux system administration, as well as scripting proficiency (including PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and oversee a diverse array of security technologies, including Zscaler services (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX), EDR, DLP, secure web gateway, email security, IDPS, firewall, SIEM, and identity protection solutions; tasks include policy setup, SAML integrations, system monitoring, and user onboarding for Zscaler platforms
- Integrate security tools within Microsoft platforms such as Azure AD, Conditional Access, Intune, and Microsoft Defender
- Draft and maintain technical documents (SOPs, change logs) and automate routine procedures utilizing scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Address ServiceNow tickets, perform health assessments, and assist with system upgrades or migrations
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and compliance teams to improve our security posture
